Dear PossibleNOW customer,

We are notifying you of a regularly scheduled maintenance window for the MyPreferences, MyPreferences Profiles, and DNCSolution Platforms in order for our technicians to perform software updates. We chose this time based on when the system will have the least amount of customer activity.

NOTE: You will not be able to access the systems during the maintenance window to upload preference files. Additionally, web service and related interfaces will not be available. You will be able to upload files via FTP, but there will be a delay in processing.
