Scheduled Third-Party Service Downtime – Reassigned Numbers Database (RND) – August 20, 2026 DOWNTIME for Maintenance Aug 20, 2026 20:00-21:00 EDT

Please be advised that the Reassigned Numbers Database (RND), an external service utilized for RND query processing, will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance on August 20, 2026, from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time.

During this maintenance window, the RND provider will be upgrading its database infrastructure. As a result, RND queries cannot be processed during the outage period. Please plan any RND-related processing activities outside of this timeframe.

If possible, complete any required RND checks prior to the maintenance window to avoid disruptions. Please contact support@possiblenow.com with any questions or concerns.
