The MyPreferences 2023-R6 product update is scheduled to go live on December 10th, 2023.

Please reach out to the PossibleNOW Support team for the release notes which summarize the new features, and any enhancements and bug fixes included in the release. The new features and enhancements are now available for preview in your sandbox (staging) account.

Start Time: 12:00am EST
Estimated Completion Time: 6:00am EST

Note: This release will be deployed during our standard maintenance window to ensure minimal downtime. The MyPreferences application, web services, and related interfaces may experience intermittent outages during the maintenance window. Data export files will be queued during the maintenance window and generated once the maintenance is complete.
